Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage
Ingredients:
– lbs of baby potatoes, quartered
– lb smoked sausage, sliced
-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup ranch dressing
-1/4 cup milk
-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/2 teaspoon onion powder
-Salt and pepper to taste
-2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
-In a large mixing bowl, combine the quartered baby potatoes, sliced sausage, ranch
-dressing, milk, garlic powder, onion spotter, salt, and pepper.
-Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
-Bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, stir the mixture, and sprinkle shredded cheddar

Cheese over the top.
Continue baking, uncovered, for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
