Ingredients:

For the Cake:
-1 cup vegetable oil
-2 cups sugar
-3 eggs
-3 cups flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 cup chopped pecans
-3 cups peeled and chopped apples
For the Frosting:
-1/2 cup butter
-1 cup brown sugar, packed
-1/4 cup evaporated milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. 🏠✨
Prepare the Cake Batter: In a large bowl, combine the vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs. Mix well. Stir in the flour and baking soda until smooth. Add vanilla extract, chopped pecans, and chopped apples. Fold gently until evenly combined. 🍎🍥
