Here’s a delicious recipe for Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs!
Ingredients:
- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands!™ Flaky Layers biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of choice)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare Biscuits:
- Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit in half to create 16 pieces.
- Add Cheese Filling:
- Flatten each biscuit piece slightly with your hands. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the center of each piece. Carefully fold the dough over the cheese, pinching the edges together to form a sealed ball.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet:
- Place the cheese-filled biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
