Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, Delicious Hawaiian Grilled Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
-For the Chicken Marinade:
-Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
-Soy sauce
-Pineapple juice
-Brown sugar
-Garlic, minced
-Ginger, grated
-Sesame oil
-Green onions, sliced
-For Garnish:
-Sesame seeds
-Sliced green onions
-Pineapple rings (optional)
-Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Prepare the Marinade:
In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sliced green onions. Mix well.
Marinate the Chicken:
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

Preheat the Grill:
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Chicken:
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks. If using, grill pineapple rings alongside the chicken until they are caramelised.

Garnish and Serve:
Garnish the grilled chicken with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and fresh cilantro if desired. Serve with grilled pineapple rings.
