Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo

Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo 😍
Ingredients:

½ pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 salmon fillets (4-6 ounces each)
6-8 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

Cook the pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.

Prepare the seafood:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Alfredo sauce:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, a little at a time, until fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine and serve:
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the Alfredo sauce.
Flake the cooked salmon into large pieces and add to the skillet along with the cooked shrimp.
Gently toss to combine and heat through.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Serve:
Serve the Salmon and Shrimp Alfredo warm.
